Scopis is a developer and manufacturer of clinical ENT navigation specializing in laser-based measuring and navigation systems for the minimal-invasive surgery.
Scopis' clinical navigation leads to a reduction in surgery time, to less clinical complications, to better post-surgical results and to minimised costs. Scopis offers a variety of navigated instruments which can also be used in complicated surgery. All instruments are ergonomically shaped, sterilisable and therefore reusable.
Scopis' endoscopy attachment upgrades conventional endoscopes with precise laser-based 3D measuring. For the first time ever, surgeons can now carry out a contact-free measuring of anatomical structures and benefit from continuously available navigation information. Scopis products have been optimised for their daily use in co-operation with surgeons from Charité University Hospital Berlin.
Latest algorithms enable surgeons to carry out an image-to-patient registration within less than 30 seconds. This brings the total set up time for the clinical navigation to under three minutes.
